Our Academic Learning Resources team are .  They are on hand to help students access online library resources, offer tips for effective literature searches and support with general queries about referencing and ICT.  You can request a group or individual tutorial during a taught session, or Lorna or Joy.

Pastoral support is provided by .  Penny has worked with The Learning Institute supporting trainees and undergraduates for many years. She is able to offer a personal, confidential and independent source of support and advice.  If the going gets tough and you have a problem and do not know who to speak to, you can Penny or call her on 01579 363017.  Your contact with Penny is totally confidential and does not affect your studies in anyway.
