With the increasing complexity of the Children's Services agenda Leadership for Children and Young people has been created to provide a high level of support to all key workers across the integrated services.

Our mission is to provide and develop support at all levels of provision in leadership roles as described in the Local Government White paper, Strong and Prosperous Communities. Our strong network will enhance and increase individualised support. By identifying and working with able practitioners we will provide the opportunity to share best practice across and between regions.
